The entire sales team were extremely engaged and credited their approach to the CEO, who’s a native to Lubbock. Brought my 2020 Sorento in for an oil change and service. Easy drop off, and I got my car back quick. The service manager John took care of me and did a great job! He arranged for an uber to pick me up when my car was finished. Thanks for making it a great experience!

I went in because I had a problem with something not working on our Carnival not only did they fix that issue they fixed a recall we didn’t know we had. Everyone was nice and professional. They got us in and out in a timely manner.

The experience, as a whole, was positive. I did, however, feel slightly upsold. The wait for the service was very lengthy (approximately 1.5 hours), and the cleanliness of the waiting area left something to be desired. I am overall satisfied with my experience.

Ruben Navarette was an awesome salesman. He was attentive and willing to find the right car for us. Went out of his way to look for what we were asking and looking for.
I wasn’t prepared to pay a large amount of money for spark plugs. I should have asked more questions of the staff about the service and fee before the service was done. Next time I will be prepared and not accept the service.
This was my first Kia experience and I was not disappointed. Kia gave me what I asked for in a rapid time. I love my K4 and I would definitely recommend Kia to anyone.
I feelnlike there could have been more communication on the progress of my car while it was being repaired. But overall experience was good. Car was repaired a lot quicker than what was quoted. But infield it would have been nice if they had cleaned my car after service instead of giving me back a dirty car.

The folks at Gene Messer Kia are always very professional and interactive. John, the rep that handles our appointments, is kind and thorough. It’s important to me that we have a good relationship with the people that take care of our car, as well as confidence that everything will be handled in a competent way.
Their phone system to talk to the service department is terrible. Phone calls being passed on and then getting hung up on. It took three calls to find out what was going on.

Gene Messer Kia has got to be one of the best dealerships in town! From Salespeople to the service department. They try their best to have you in and out in a timely manner while making sure your time there was worth it. Couldn’t recommend a dealership more!
I got to the dealership a few minutes early and was seen by the service manager very fast. They had the oil changed and checked my filters before an hour was up. I was so surprised but very pleased.
The customer server wasn't great and long wait time even with an appointment. Did not allow me to leave and come back with extended wait.
The communication between the customer and staff is terrible. There seems to be a lack of urgency with returning customer calls about status of the car service.
A dealership is only as strong as the service department. The service department make sure that the vehicles are serviced and that the customers understand the work thats done and need to be done. John, Kyle, James and Jose are appreciated for their hard work and attention to details. My salesman , Joe V steered me in the right direction. Thanks Kia team.

The service advisor was trying his hardest but waiting on the service IT people to respond and get answers was tedious. It took two weeks to finally get our vehicle back. If we didn't call to check on our vehicle we would not have heard a thing.
