I understand thst everyone has to get there oil changed. However, spending 60.00 dollars every 5000 miles sounds high to me. The only incentive they offer is 10% for scheduling in the afternoon! Gene Messer Ford has $10.00 Saturday's every 3 months or so! STEP IT UP KIA!!!!!! GIVE US A GOOD DEAL INSTEAD OF A SLAP IN THE FACE!!!!

They have lost their attentiveness to customer care. I asked for tire rotation with the oil change and it wasn’t completed. I was told the car needed new spark plugs. Those were changed on the last visit. It is clear that this dealership does not care for the customer needs or requests. If there was a different Kia dealership in town, I would go there.
